The Book of Secrets wins the Eilís Dillon Award!

I'm delighted (and, frankly, a little shocked) to say that my first book, The Book of Secrets, won the Eilís Dillon Award for a First Book at the 2023 KPMG Children's Book Ireland Awards!

How do I even put into words what the award means to me? I've wanted to be a writer ever since I was very small and every step of the way has felt like something out of a dream. It's cliché to say, I know, but I really never thought I'd get this far.
